These
Terms of Service for Subscriptions or Recurring Payments (“Terms”) govern the subscription-based services and recurring payment arrangements offered by Skymium Technologies Private Limited (“Skymium Technologies Pvt. Ltd.”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to our services or engaging in any recurring payment arrangement, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Subscription Services
Skymium Technologies Pvt. Ltd. offers various subscription-based services, which may include digital marketing support, consulting services, ongoing maintenance, or other related offerings (“Subscription Services”). These services are provided on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, annually, or another predefined cycle) depending on the terms of your subscription.
2. Recurring Payments
When you sign up for our Subscription Services, you authorize Skymium Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle outlined in your subscription plan.
2.1. Automatic Renewal
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
- The renewal charge will be the same as your initial subscription fee, unless we notify you of any changes before the renewal date (see Section 4).
2.2. Billing Cycle
- Billing cycles are based on the subscription plan you choose (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually). The first payment is charged when you sign up, and subsequent payments will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
2.3. Payment Methods
- You are required to provide a valid credit or debit card, PayPal account, or another accepted payment method to subscribe. By providing this information, you authorize Skymium Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to charge the provided payment method for each billing cycle.
- Payment failure: If we are unable to process payment (due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or other issues), we will notify you, and you will have 7 days to update your payment information. If payment is not updated, your subscription may be suspended or terminated.
3. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation process outlined below. However, please note that refunds for unused portions of your subscription may not be available depending on the timing of the cancellation (see Section 5).
3.1. Cancellation Process
- To cancel your subscription, you must notify us via email at info@skymium.com or through your account dashboard (if available). The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles.
3.2. Timing of Cancellation
- If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, you will retain access to the Subscription Services until the end of that period. However, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the billing cycle unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
3.3. Refunds for Cancellation
- Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on eligibility for refunds after cancellation. In general, refunds are not provided for unused services if cancellation occurs mid-billing cycle, except where required by law or as otherwise stated in your specific service agreement.
4. Changes to Subscription Fees
Skymium Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with notice of any fee changes at least
30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree to the fee change, you may cancel your subscription before the new fees are applied.
4.1. Fee Increase Notification
- You will be notified of any changes to subscription fees via email and/or a notification on our website. The fee increase will apply at the start of the next billing cycle after the 30-day notice period.
4.2. Acceptance of Fee Changes
- If you continue to use the Subscription Services after the new fees take effect, this will be considered acceptance of the updated subscription fees.
5. Refunds for Subscription Services
Refunds for subscription services are subject to our
Refund Policy, which outlines the terms for refund eligibility. In general:
- Refunds are not issued for the remaining portion of the billing cycle if you cancel your subscription after a billing cycle has started.
- Refunds may be granted in certain circumstances, such as a billing error or if we are unable to provide the services due to an issue on our end.

6. Changes to Subscription Services
Skymium Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Subscription Services at any time. In the event of such a change, we will notify you via email or on our website, and you will be given the option to cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the changes.
6.1. Discontinuation of Services
- If we discontinue a subscription service for any reason, your subscription will be automatically canceled at the end of the current billing cycle. No further payments will be collected after the service is discontinued.
6.2. Modifications to Services
- We may update or modify our Subscription Services at any time. If the modification materially impacts your use of the service, we will provide advance notice, and you will have the option to cancel your subscription without penalty before the changes take effect.
7. Subscription Downgrades or Upgrades
You may have the option to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time, depending on availability and service offerings.
7.1. Upgrades
- If you upgrade your subscription plan, your new billing rate will take effect immediately, and a prorated charge for the difference in price will be applied for the current billing cycle.
7.2. Downgrades
- If you downgrade your subscription plan, the new billing rate will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund or credit will be provided for the difference in pricing for the current billing cycle.
8. Suspension or Termination of Subscription by Skymium Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Skymium Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of our
Terms and Conditions,
Acceptable Use Policy, or other applicable agreements.
8.1. Cause for Termination
- Your subscription may be terminated if you fail to comply with our payment terms, misuse the services, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
8.2. Notice of Suspension or Termination
- In the event that we suspend or terminate your subscription, we will notify you via email and provide details regarding the reason for termination. In most cases, termination will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have any disputes regarding billing, subscription services, or recurring payments, please contact us at
info@skymium.com. We will work to resolve the issue in a timely manner. If we cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation, it may be subject to further dispute resolution mechanisms as outlined in our
Terms and Conditions.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify these Terms of Service for Subscriptions or Recurring Payments at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you will be notified via email or through our website. Continued use of our Subscription Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
