1.3 Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results, as performance depends on numerous factors, including market conditions, customer behavior, and external variables beyond our control.
2. Refund Policy for Services
2.1. Marketing Services (Consulting, Strategy, and Campaign Management)
For our marketing and consulting services, refunds are subject to the following terms:
- Initial Consultation Fees: Any fees paid for initial consultations or evaluations are non-refundable, as this service involves the time and expertise of our team.
- Custom-Tailored Strategies and Campaigns: If you purchase a service that involves custom strategies or ongoing campaign management, a refund may be issued based on the level of completion:
- Full Refund: A full refund will be available only if no substantial work has been initiated, and the refund request is made within 14 days of purchase.
- Partial Refund: If work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered. The refund will reflect the portion of work already completed and delivered, with detailed breakdowns provided to ensure clarity.
- Performance Disclaimer: While we use data-driven methods and aim to improve business outcomes, Skymium Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Refunds cannot be granted based on dissatisfaction with results, as these depend on factors such as market conditions, competition, and external influences.
2.2. Subscription Services (Ongoing Marketing Support)
- Cancellation and Refunds: Clients may cancel ongoing or subscription-based services at any time. However, a 30-day notice is required for cancellation to take effect before the next billing cycle. Refunds for unused portions of prepaid services will be granted only if cancellation occurs within this 30-day notice period.
- No Refund for Previous Periods: Refunds will not be issued for services rendered during any prior billing period.
3. Refund Policy for Digital Products
3.1. Non-Tangible Digital Products
Skymium Technologies Pvt. Ltd. offers various digital products, including downloadable content, templates, eBooks, and other non-tangible digital goods. The following refund conditions apply:
- Non-Refundable Once Accessed: Due to the nature of digital products, once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or used, it is considered non-refundable. Exceptions will only be made if the product is found to be defective or not as described.
- Technical Support: If you experience technical difficulties with a digital product, please contact our support team. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, but this does not guarantee a refund unless a defect can be demonstrated.
4. Refund Policy for Physical Products
4.1. Defective or Damaged Products
If a physical product purchased from Skymium Technologies Pvt. Ltd. arrives defective or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement, provided the following conditions are met:
- Reporting Window: You must report the damage or defect within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Return of Product: The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase, before a refund or replacement can be processed.
4.2. Non-Defective Returns
- Eligibility for Return: For non-defective products, returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Refund Amount: A full refund will be provided, minus shipping and handling fees. In some cases, a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price may be applied.
5. Refund Process
5.1. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Request: Contact us at info@skymium.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and provide your order number, details about the service or product, and the reason for the refund.
- Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. We may require additional information to verify the request.
- Refund Approval: If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5.2. Return Shipping for Physical Products
- Shipping Costs: Unless the product is damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Skymium Technologies Pvt. Ltd. cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
6. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
6.1. Sale or Promotional Items
Products or services purchased during sales, promotions, or using discounts may be non-refundable, except in cases of defect or damage.
6.2. Force Majeure
Refunds will not be issued for disruptions or delays caused by events beyond Skymium Technologies Pvt. Ltd.’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, changes in law, or market disruptions.

7. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. For disputes involving customers based outside Pakistan, Skymium Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and the customer agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), which are incorporated by reference into this clause. The seat of arbitration will be New York, United States, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
